If you’ve seen anything of Hyer’s field day (I mean wow!!!) it was a huge hit. Some amazing work by the PTA and ability to shift on a dime due to some completely flooded fields (on FIELD day no less).

And behind the scenes, some huge husky high fives to the Dads Club crew who stepped up big to provide some muscle for set up and take down… as well as during the event.

Thank you @debbieburt1 for allowing @hyerdadsclub to come serve alongside you at your special event today. It was a treat for US, to serve a tasty dessert (dip’n’dots) to our wonderful teachers and staff… as well as HPISD administrators. This picnic-moved-indoors due to the monsoon was a huge hit and so much fun!

Special thanks to Kim Shelton, Laura Estill, my fellow dads club rockstar volunteers (who keep stepping up in HUGE way time and again), Geoffs hamburgers, and so so many others who simply rocked it today!

Good times shared by all at the first annual Park

Good times shared by all at the first annual Park Cities Dad Club Pickleball Tournament. With well over a 90-dad field registered to play… Hyer was well represented by nearly 20 dads (some pictured here).

I’m still amazed at the level of talent we have here in the area. The final matches were truly sportscenter highlight worthy.

What a terrific event put on by the Armstrong Dads Club (among others). The event was hosted and deliciously catered by Royal Oaks CC and title sponsored by Jackson Walker LLP. Hopefully I’m not missing anyone…?
